Warm, structured mornings for ages 18 months to 5 — and new this September, an extended day to 2:45 for ages 2.5+. Putting the child first since 1948.
Every class has its own daily rhythm, weekly activities, and educators — explore the one that fits your child. Limited spaces available for 2026/27.
Sensory play, language and self-help skills in a gentle, social first step away from home.
Friendships, routines and independence, with daily creative play and outdoor time.
A confident foundation for kindergarten — phonics, numeracy and problem-solving through play.
One of Toronto’s first co-operative nursery schools, Oriole has welcomed generations of Deer Park families since 1948. We’re led by long-tenured educators and guided by a board of directors made up of parents, which keeps our classes small, our fees lower, and our community genuinely involved.
Because our families share the week between school and their own afternoon care, Oriole stays a steady, familiar place — fewer disruptions and more consistency for your child.
Oriole is non-denominational, and families of every background are welcome.
Leave your details and we’ll send our Parent Handbook, schedule a tour, and answer anything you’re wondering about.
