Our last camp week of the summer has finished, so the weekly booking forms are no longer open. Summer 2027 will open again — and the waitlist goes first.
Nothing changes — your booking and any forms you completed still stand. If you need a copy of anything, email info@oriolenurseryschool.com or call 416 960 1293.

Your child's space is not confirmed until immunization records are received. Email a copy to heather@oriolenurseryschool.com, or mail them to the school.

I understand that in the event of an emergency, a doctor may have to treat my child when the parents/guardians cannot be contacted. I understand every effort will be made to reach the parents/guardians. If, at any time, medical treatment is necessary due to such circumstances as an accident, sudden illness, or emergency, I authorize that this treatment may be given to my child. I understand that any expense incurred for such treatment is my responsibility.
I waive and release Oriole Nursery School and its representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action which may arise out of accident, illness, injury, or damage which may occur to the above named child or his/her property while participating in the school activities and on and off site excursions. I also assume and accept all risk, danger and hazards in connection with Oriole Nursery School.
I agree to submit completed immunization records and all other required forms prior to my child starting school. Should the school not receive these forms, my child may not attend until they are submitted.
Since many children have life-threatening allergies to nuts and tree nuts, Oriole Nursery School is a nut-free and tree-nut free school. Children are not permitted to bring in outside food into the school or playground. No food shall be packed in a child's backpack or pockets. I understand and will adhere to the above policy.
I authorize my child (named above) to use hand sanitizer supplied by Oriole, when soap and water is not available. I also authorize the other above items to be applied to my child, should I supply these items for use, when prearranged with the teachers. (Items must be clearly labelled with the child's name, in their original packaging, and will be inaccessible to the children.)
